Vril
Vril
Vril as the direct energetic nourishment that flows when consciousness remains open to the Source.

Within Fractalism, Vril names a direct form of energetic nourishment. Where Loosh is harvested from fear, suffering and confusion, Vril circulates through openness to reality: through truth, reciprocity, creation, presence and surrender. It is the energetic signature of a consciousness that remains connected to the Source rather than severed from it.
What Vril Is
Vril is not a substance. It is a quality of flow. It arises when a being operates in alignment with what is real rather than against it. The person who can rest in simple presence without needing to control the outcome, who can meet what is without distorting it through fear or agenda, who can stay open in the presence of difficulty rather than closing around it: that person is receiving Vril.
This does not mean they are always comfortable. Reality is not comfortable. But it means they are connected to something that sustains them without them having to extract it from others.
Vril and Loosh are not fixed states. They are poles on a spectrum. A person can be in both at the same time, or oscillating between them, or primarily in one with the other present as a background pull. The goal is not to achieve a permanent Vril state but to develop the capacity to notice which pole you are in and to reopen when you have closed.
There is a shadow to the Vril narrative itself. It is possible to use this framework to justify inflation: to believe you are in Vril when you are actually in a subtler form of Loosh, where the harvest is the validation of being someone who receives from the Source. The sign of this inflation is a framework that always confirms you are on the right side. Genuine Vril includes the willingness to be wrong about whether you are in it.
What Openness Actually Is
Openness, in this framework, is the willingness to remain metabolically responsive to what is actually there. It is not passivity. It is the opposite of defensiveness: the willingness to be affected, to be corrected, to be surprised. A structure remains open when it can tolerate being wrong without collapsing, when it can receive information from reality without distorting that information to fit a predetermined narrative. What erodes openness is not difficulty itself but the accumulation of decisions to close around a story rather than revise it.
When You Notice You Have Shifted Toward Extraction
The shift toward extraction is rarely sudden. It begins with a subtle preference for confirmation over truth, for taking over receiving, for controlling the frame over meeting what is actually there. When you notice this shift, the first response is not to fix yourself but to pause. To name what is happening without moralizing it. To ask: what am I closing around, and is that closure still serving me?
Rebuilding receptivity after a period of extraction is not a project of will. It is a return to the conditions: truth, reciprocity, creation, presence, surrender, relational attunement. The system reopens not by trying harder but by releasing the investment in remaining closed.
The Conditions for Vril
Vril circulates when consciousness remains permeable to the following:
- Truth — the willingness to see what is rather than what you need it to be
- Reciprocity — the capacity to give and receive rather than only take
- Creation — engagement with what is new rather than only repetition of what is known
- Presence — the ability to rest in what is happening now rather than always somewhere else
- Surrender — releasing the need to control what cannot be controlled
- Relational attunement — openness to the other as other, not only as instrument
As long as these remain possible, Vril can flow. The being remains metabolically responsive through its connection to the Source.
The capacity to maintain these conditions varies. What allows some individuals and structures to remain open longer is not resilience in the heroic sense but a lesser investment in closure: fewer stories that must be protected, less identity tied to being right, less fear of what would happen if the control were released.
The Hardening of Extraction
There is a point at which a structure stops receiving and starts only taking. This is not a moral judgment. It is an energetic description.
As orientation shifts toward control, appropriation becomes more important than reciprocity. Power becomes more important than truth. Exploitation becomes more important than attunement. The structure does not become stronger. It becomes harder and less permeable. It loses its capacity to receive and increasingly depends on taking.
When that capacity for direct reception is finally closed, the system does not simply stop. It reaches for something else. That something else is Loosh: derived energy harvested from the suffering and confusion of others.
The Tipping Point
The decisive moment is not when someone becomes bad enough. It is when the structure becomes so closed that direct nourishment from the Source can no longer circulate well. At that point the following transitions occur:
- No longer able to receive
- Only able to take
- No longer nourished by existence itself
- Dependent on secondary, extractive forms of energy
What appears as power from outside may be a sign of advanced energetic impoverishment from within.
Vril and the Source
Vril is what remains possible as long as the connection to the Source is not entirely severed. It is the medium through which the Source sustains consciousness. The practice of Fractalism is, in energetic terms, the practice of remaining open enough to keep receiving Vril rather than falling back on Loosh.
The difference between them is not moral. It is structural. One is the energetics of an open system. The other is the energetics of a closed one.
What This Model Cannot Answer
The Vril-Loosh model has explanatory power, but it has limits. It does not explain why some people and structures remain open longer than others, or what determines the initial capacity for openness. It does not account for what lies beyond the Vril-Loosh polarity altogether: whether there is a form of consciousness that has transcended the need for either direct nourishment or extraction, and what that would look like if it exists.
The model is falsifiable in principle. If a structure consistently shows no responsiveness to the conditions of openness, and no degradation when extraction becomes its primary mode, the model fails. So far, across individual observation and the historical record of structures that have closed and collapsed, the model has held. This is not proof. It is the continuing condition under which the model remains useful rather than discarded.
If this resonated, there are other parts of the structure you can explore.
